本学期本人担任八(3)班英语教育教学工作,为了顺利完成教育教学任务,在教学中贯彻新目标教学的要求,特制定本计划。

一、教学目标

1、使学生的思想认识有一定的提高,能热爱自己的家,孝敬父母长辈,在学校能尊敬老师,团结同学,还着重培养热爱祖国的感情。

2、在课堂上培养学生多方面的素质,不能只重视学习成绩和分数。

二、教材分析

1、教材充分体现了新课标的“以人为本”教学理念。达到“以人为本”全面发展的新型素质教育观。教材突出了功能和结构的有机结合,非常注重话题,每个单元都围绕一个具体的话题展开,突出了话题结构、功能、实际运用三个方面的结合。让每个话题贴近学生生活实际,更便于学生灵活运用。

2、倡导“任务型”教学,强调课堂上师生互动。

课本增加了读写训练的比重,以便于听说读写的全面训练。其内容主要反映了学生的日常学习和生活。课本的题材范围很广,除了学生的学校生活和家庭生活,还反映了学生的校外活动、劳动、卫生保健、体育运动、节日、尊师爱生、团结友爱、助人为乐的道德风尚。

三、学生情况分析

根据上学期期末考试的情况看,学生的基础知识掌握不够扎实。课堂学习积极性较高,回答问题较积极,部分同学能做到自觉完成作业、自觉背诵课文。受学习态度、风气的影响,刻苦学习之风渐渐稀薄,轻浮之风开始产生,有些学生上课不认真,课后死记硬背,当然大部分学生还是劳逸结合,掌握了科学的学习方法。从学生成绩来看,存在明显不平衡。少数优生优势不明显,后进生面较广,培优补差任务重。学生受当今社会环境影响,厌学情绪严重。

四、教学措施和方法

1、转变思想,更新观念。若继续沿用传统的重语言知识讲授、重译写和语法教学、轻视语言运用能力的培养,不仅调动不起大多数学生学习英语的积极性,而且也不能充分达到教学目的。

2、采用任务型教学,激发学习兴趣。根据初中学生活泼、好动,对新鲜事物充满好奇的特点,可激发学生的学习兴趣,调动其学习积极性,使他们在自觉和不自觉状态中,开启“自动学习”的心扉。在教学中,可尽量利用实物、图片和幻灯等直观教具进行教学。嗅觉、视觉、听觉一起参与感知,将实物与英语联系起来,学生获得直观印象后便很快记住了句型和生词。

3、采用情景教学,创设良好气氛。在日常教学中,我注意使用情景教学法,以听说训练为主导,以课文教学为依托,充分运用现有的教学条件和设备,紧扣教材内容,使教学活动尽可能置于语言情景中去进行,使学生的理解力、记忆力、运用能力处于最佳状态,并在此基础上联想、综合,进行创造性学习,从而达到掌握和运用语言的目的。运用交际手段,培养学生的能力。绝大部分学生主要是在课堂上学习英语,而在现实生活中缺少语言交际的环境和场所,如何用好科学的教学方法,在有效的时间内使学生生动活泼地学习,我的做法:

(1)精心备课是提高课堂效率的前提。大家都懂得提高45分钟课堂效率的重要性。而精心备课则是提高课堂效率的前提。认真的备课,会使我们做到胸有成竹,无论是重点、疑点、难点的落实,问题的设计,教法的选择,都要精心考虑,通盘安排。只有胸中有教材,眼中有学生(因人施教),才能运用自如,得心应手,才能有效提高课堂教学效率。

(2)注重非智力因素开发是提高课堂效率的关键。面向全体,全面提高英语教学质量,同时更要注重非智力因素(即信心、兴趣和习惯等)的开发,这对后进生尤为重要。因为他们缺乏主观能动性,学习信心不足,兴趣不浓,习惯不好,不肯下功夫背单词,或方法不妥导致成绩差。爱因斯坦说过“兴趣是最好的老师”。初中学生精力旺盛,记忆力好,猎奇心强,求知欲高,一般都能学好英语的。关键就在我们如何千方百计地激发不同层次学习的学习兴趣,如开展多种多样的口语活动,朗读比赛,趣味游戏等等。不断增添学生的新鲜感,激发学习英语的兴趣。

(3)上好英语复习课。英语的复习课不是学习内容的简单重复,而是用新的教学方法在高层次上再现以前学过的内容。由于范围广、内容多,授课时间短,所以复习课也要精心备课,将学过的各种语言现象进行系统的归纳、整理、分析。要认真设计课堂教学程序,运用系列化教学,方法要灵活多变,激发学生兴趣,点拨分析,鼓励学生多思考、勤实践,不能简单地核对答案,草草了事。切忌滥发讲义,将复习课变成“题海”战场,如要进行模拟训练,题量也必须限制,质量一定要保证。
